Refund policy

We really hope you love your Home Theo piece – but if something’s not quite right, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to send it back within 21 days, in its original condition.

You’re welcome to choose a refund, an exchange, or store credit for something later on. Just let us know what suits you best. (Refunds will go back to your original payment method and may take 5–7 working days to reflect.)

Return shipping is at your cost (unless the item arrived damaged), and we recommend using a tracked courier to be safe. We may not be able to accept returns that arrive back damaged or not in original condition.

Please note that sale and seconds items can’t be returned.
